MalpracticeEvery policy verified before the rotation starts: the preceptor's professional liability and the student coverage your school carries. Nothing starts uninsured.

SupervisionEvery student is assigned to a named, credentialed teaching physician. No unsupervised clinical activity.

EvaluationsMid- and end-rotation evaluations collected from preceptors and returned to your office on schedule. You never chase a form.

Clinical oversightA practicing, board-certified physician reviews site quality and teaching standards.

PrivacyHIPAA and hospital privacy training completed before patient contact. Student records handled per FERPA.

Chief Medical Officer

Christopher Sheu, MD, FAAOS, CAQSM

Double board certified, Orthopedic Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine

Dr. Sheu is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon and Chief of the Musculoskeletal Service Line at Skagit Regional Health, where he previously served as Chairman of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. He is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine and an Adjunct Professor at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences.

He earned his BS in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, his MD at George Washington University, and completed residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch and fellowship at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute (SCOI/UCLA). He has cared for athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and U.S. and international Olympic programs.

At Clinical Access Partners, Dr. Sheu leads hospital partnerships, preceptor standards, and clinical quality.
